Seinye Is The Bible's Description Of "The Heart Of Man Is Deceitful And Desperately Wicked": She Lies And Deceives Ahead Of Time

The saving of shame claims made by Seinye, the ungrateful and perpetually insincere wife, that she didn't block the repatriation of the mortal remains of the husband she has enormously despised, is another pathological lie she has told not just the public but pathetically to her very self. However, because the public has acknowledged her incessant lies and ulterior motives towards the over one year delay of her husband's burial and body she has so far used as a business venture, she stands alone and as such become a proud deceit to herself and associates of Anarchial character that only survives on falsehood.

So far, the public is aware that, whenever a judgement is passed in the legal battles she has engaged God in (not Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs) she has always resorted to an appeal, and that's how the matter arrived at the SC, and then a fresh injunction followed. However, it is worthy of note that, immediately after each judgement, she will be the first to run to the media to claim that she has accepted the verdict made and ready to bury her husband. Surprisingly, we have always been greeted with an injunction right after her claims in the media, thereby making a mockery of the family, the legacy of the family, the legacy of the departed sage, the public and indeed the media. How else do we describe such a character if not as tagged above, "the heart of man is deceitful and desperately wicked".

What transpired after the verdict at the SC was the height of it all, where immediately after the verdict was given, she Ahitophelically walked down to file yet another injunction, meanwhile had already claimed to have accepted the given verdict and ready to bury her husband; this deceit was all over the media. What a liar absent a conscience! yet feign ignorance to her wicked and deceitful acts only to further deceive the public.

With such a conscience seared character, one need not to wait for a prophet to prophesy about the ulterior motives of Seinye. Note, "the heart of an individual with a seared conscience is desensitized to moral pangs". It has become her modus operandi that, while she accepts the verdict publicly, she secretly hatch a disastrous attack. It is her way of buying time to cause more pain and damage to the mortal remains of the great Sage that has done nothing to her save that of good, only for her to return ungrateful favour to him, even in his death.

Having stated the above, we needed not to bother the public with evidence of the truth that she has again caused the delay of her husband's burial by blocking the repatriation of his mortal remains. But since she has become a professor of lies, she leaves us with no choice than to go ahead to further convince the public with an evidence, after all she has already sent one of her associate of Anarchy who has a foundational defect, to deny this truth.

You will recall that, in her usual devilish way, when the verdict of "release the corpse to the family led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs" was given on the 25th of February 2020, and Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs acted upon the mandate given him by the court she took God to (not Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs), she quickly borrowed a leg from Peter and ran to the media with the deceit, "PROVIDE BURIAL DATE NOW THAT YOU HAVE CUSTODY OF BODY, LULU-BRIGGS WIDOW URGES STEPSON DUMO". (Full post is attached here below).

Meanwhile in a swift secretive plan, she had done her usual evil; please behold the suit (attached below) the ungrateful and perpetually insincere Seinye filed to stop the Attorney General of Ghana to cancel the "Export Permit" given to Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs to take his beloved father's corpse from Ghana to Nigeria. The denied truth, an evidence given.

In line with Seinye's recent nuisance as constituted in the public domain depicting her character trait of absolute insincerity to purpose, as she openly deny her being responsible for why her husband's mortal remains is yet to be repatriated to Nigeria from the Ghana she smuggled it to. Please, we again implore the public to kindly consider the last paragraph of her usual deceitful post, and know that Seinye is the actual blackmailer, rumour monger, the pain that has been the predicament of the O.B. Lulu-Briggs's family, the regret that the family has identified today, bail that would not have been made in 2002 and the crowned Pharaohba the devil has employed to cause harm.

Permit me to say, "I am sometimes amazed at the compounded effrontery this ungrateful soul called Seinye uses to lie and has continually commanded her portion of evil", even to a family that has done her no harm other than a great deal of good! A woman that brought in children that have no blood relationship with the family, but so far enjoyed every blood linked benefits, even that of bearing the family's name. And all she could do to pay back such rare favour is this Jezebelic cum Pharaobaic level of wickedness! A lesson well learnt by men.

Well, we urge the public not to give heed to her tactics of continuous delays through her deceits and unending lies just to pay evil to a family and particularly Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs that was once and still is her 911. She is a despicable desperate soul that is capable of doing anything to have her materialistic way.

The Public should be informed that, it was Seinye that smuggled the body of the Departed Sage and Philanthropist extraordinary to a country that isn't his, against his wish and unknown to his genuine Biological children and family. And by the Grace of God, if the original owner of the body has been given custody of what was once unjustly taken away from him, why is Seinye against it and trying so hard to keep the body smuggled? Those that knew the departed Sage will agree that, High Chief (Dr) O.B. Lulu-Briggs will never indulge himself with such things, why is Seinye trying to insult the integrity of her husband, knowing that things associated with smuggle is what he detest so much and never his wish to be smuggled? Simple, she is excellently ungrateful.

It should be known to the public that, irrespective of what has transpired, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs's utmost priority is to give his departed father who he loves deeply, Respect, Honour and shared so much with, the befitting burial he rightly deserves. But as we depict these words, Seinye has continued to make this befitting burial right of his father difficult for over one year now and still counting.

Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs is not responsible for Seinye's present state of excruciating pain, it is rather her act of fighting God thinking she is fighting Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs that has become her predicament. We counsel her to go back to God and correct her mistakes, but leave the son that God has chosen to continue the good works of his Father, that through him mankind will achieve desired purpose. Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs will always be undistracted, Seinye's stone of distraction he isn't ignorant of.

Seinye Lulu-Briggs Loses Suit To Stop Inquest Into Husband’s Death

……goes to another court to cancel the “Export Permit” granted Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs to take his father’s mortal remains out of Ghana to Nigeria

A High Court in Accra on Friday, February, 28, 2020 dismissed a certiorari application brought before it by Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs to quash the orders of the Coroner for an inquest into the death of her husband, High Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs.

Today’s judgement is coming on the heels of the ruling by the same High Court on Tuesday, February, 25, 2020, declining Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs’ application for an injunction to stop the Ghana Police and the Transition Funeral Home from releasing the mortal remains of her husband to the family, led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, until her application to stop the inquest is determined.

The judge had declined Seinye’s application for an injunction and fixed today to hear her certiorari application to quash the orders of the Coroner for an inquest. The decline by the High Court to grant the application for an injunction, enabled the family, led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs to take custody of the corpse on that Tuesday, February, 25th.

Recall, that the same hour the Supreme Court in Ghana on the 11th of February, 2020, dismissed Seinye’s application to deny release of the mortal remains of the High Chief to his family by custom led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs filed a motion for injunction in a High Court in Ghana where she had a pending certiorori application to quash the orders of the Coroner for an inquest into the death of High Chief O.B.Lulu-Briggs to begin. ln her applications, she claimed that the Coroner lacked the geographical jurisdiction to order for an inquest and that if the corpse was released before her application was heard, it would prejudice her case.

A Magistrate and Coroner had on September 6, 2019 ordered an inquest into the death of High Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs, saying: “With this additional information to the one that forms the basis of the police application, I have reasonable cause to believe that the deceased did not die a natural death and I therefore deem an inquest necessary and accordingly order for one to be done”.

Strangely, Seinye Lulu-Brigggs brought a certiorari application to a High Court to quash the orders of the Coroner for an inquest into the circumstances of her husband’s death. Her application was thrown out today, the second application thrown out within four days. The inquest as ordered by the Coroner therefore stands.

It is instructive that an inquest is not a criminal trial but an investigation into circumstances of death, where a Coroner has reasonable cause to believe that a death was violent, unnatural or the cause of death is not known. An inquest includes an autopsy but not limited to an autopsy. It is an investigation into the cause and circumstances of death.

All over the world, inquests are sometimes done long after burial, as was in the case of Lady Diana. The inquest as ordered by the Coroner in Accra, Ghana, does not in any way stop the burial of Late High Chief O.B.Lulu-Briggs.

However, Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs has again, gone to another court in Accra, with an application, requesting the Ghana Attorney General to cancel the “Export Permit” granted Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs to take his father’s mortal remains out of Ghana to Nigeria.

Lulu-Briggs’ Family Finally Gets His Body For Burial In Nigeria

There was drama yesterday at the Accra High Court presided over by Justice Daniel Mensah, when lawyer for the widow of the late Nigerian billionaire, High Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs, pleaded desperately to be allowed more litigation time over orders to repatriate the body to Nigeria for burial and funeral rites.

Justice Mensah, had just dismissed an injunction application by Seinye Lulu-Briggs (the widow) that sought to keep the body in Ghana pending further litigation over who has the right to conduct the burial and funeral rites, but her lawyer, Kimathi Kuenyehia, moved heaven and earth with pleas for a few more days.

The body has since been taken from the Transition funeral home in Ghana and it is on its way to his hometown of Abonnema, Rivers State –Nigeria for burial.

This was after the necessary mortuary fees had been paid by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, the eldest son of the late philanthropist and oil mogul.

The late High Chief Lulu-Briggs, allegedly died on December 27, 2018, however continuing litigation between his widow and kinsmen, continues to hold the body in Ghana.

On February 14, 2020, the Supreme Court, had upheld the jurisdiction of the High Court in Accra presided over by Justice Eric Kyei-Baffour, when on December 23, 2019, the court ordered the release of the body to the family of the late octogenarian led by three of his eldest sons.

And yesterday when the injunction application by the widow was called, Justice Daniel Mensah, said he had not been convinced yet why the body should stay further in Ghana and thus dismissed it, following heated legal arguments, high emotions, tempers running wild and voices also going through the roof. The Judge was forced many times to call the lawyers to order.

But drama soon followed, as lawyer Kuenyehia who had earlier been seen pleading with lawyer for the kinsmen, Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, for a few days to enable the widow organize her representatives to accompany the body to Nigeria, filed a fresh injunction application against the Enterprise Funeral Services Ghana Limited, also called Transitions, and the Attorney General, seeking to prevent them from releasing the body ahead of a decision on the validity of an order by the Kaneshie District Court for an inquest into the death of the then 88-old-man, who had battled with Parkinson’s disease.

Quoting Section 7 of the Coroner’s Act, lawyer Kimathi Kunyehia, had described the inquest order by the Kaneshie District Court as invalid and insisted the body must remain in Ghana for the proper inquest to be done.

According to him, Section 9 of the Corona’s Act, prohibits the burial unless an autopsy was done. He, therefore, requested for a week’s injunction to keep the body until the substantive case was decided, arguing that the current inquest order was wrong, because it was illegally obtained by Dumo Lulu-Briggs, son of the late philanthropist, who is described as head of the family.

He added that, releasing the body without the inquest, will not augur well for the case, particularly when the widow is being accused of killing her husband.

His application was, however, opposed by Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, counsel for Dumo and his siblings, who in quoting the same Section 9 of the Corona’s Act, told the Court that the said autopsy, had been done already, therefore, the presence of the body was no longer required in Ghana for another inquest to be carried out.

Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, told the court that the widow, must not entertain any fear, as no one had accused her or anyone of killing her late husband.

He suggested that Kimathi Kunyehia and Seinye Lulu-Briggs, were abusing the court processes, as the proper forum for the application for injunction was the coroner’s court and not the High Court.

He intimated rhetorically why they were afraid to go to the coroner’s court, and reiterated that no one has accused the widow of killing anyone.

Lawyer for Transitions, Victoria Barth, had argued in favour of the release of the corpse to Dumo, and suggested that the Transitions was ready to release the body to the family.

Justice Daniel Mensah, in his ruling, said Kimathi Kunyehia and Seinye Lulu-Briggs, had not convinced the court to hold onto the body for the period of time that they wanted, hence refused the application.

The dismissal of the application, saw Kimathi Kunyehia, pleading with both the judge and the lawyers of Transitions to grant him at least three days to make available Seinye Lulu-Briggs’ reps to witness the collection of the body from the mortuary, as well as the hearing of the substantive application, but his pleas did not yield any positive result.

Following this, a heated argument ensued as tempers flared and voices rose high, causing Justice Mensah to ask the three lawyers to meet him in his chambers.

When the court resumed, the judge fixed coming Friday, for the hearing of the substantive case, after he also dismissed some preliminary objections from Dumo’s lawyers and counsel for the Transitions, against the hearing of arguments on the injunction on the basis that it was a waste of the court’s time and resources.

The parties, will return to court on Friday for yet another determination, owing to the fresh injunction application.

While Dumo and his siblings were in court, Seinye Lulu-Briggs, wasn’t.

There are disagreements between the widow and her stepsons, as to where the business mogul died. While the stepsons suspect he died in Nigeria in December 2018 and was only flown to Ghana via a private jet hired by the wife, the widow says he died soon upon arrival at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) in Accra.

Documents available to The Herald show that, he was pronounced dead on arrival at the Airport Clinic in Accra. This is the case in which the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ledzokuku in Accra, Dr. Okoe Boye, reportedly played an active part in helping retrieve the dead body of the late High Chief Dr. Olu Benson Lulu-Briggs with an ambulance from the Airport Clinic and convinced a medical doctor, to issue a report claiming the man died from natural causes.

Seinye Lulu-Briggs Loses At Last As Son Dumo Takes Possession Of Dad’s Corpse

There finally seems a closure to the stalemate in the release of the mortal remains of the late head of the Owuwari Lulu-Briggs family, High Chief Olu Benson Lulu-Briggs as his son, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs has taken possession of his father’s corpse.

Indeed, it has been a long legal battle between the widow of the late oil magnate, Seinye Lulu-Briggs and the sons of the late Billionaire, led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs.

The widow of the late Lulu-Briggs who died aboard a flight to Ghana on 28, December, 2018 had held on to the corpse claiming among other things that she was about to be subjected to cruel widowhood rights by her step sons, specifically, Dumo Lulu-Briggs.

On the other hand, Chief Dumo contested the autopsy performed in Ghana and alleged that his father may not have died a natural death.

It was a battle which held the country enthralled for over 12 months while the people of Abonnema where the late billionaire philanthropist hailed from gnashed their teeth in anger for it is unheard of for a man of Lulu-Briggs age and status to remain unburied, in a lonely morgue, for as long as one year.

Late last night, the spokesperson for Mrs Lulu-Briggs, Oraye St.Franklyn had shared a WhatsApp broadcast raising an alarm that Dumo Lulu Briggs had ‘hijacked’ his father’s corpse from the mortuary.

However, a statement signed by Sotonye Ijuye-Dagogo, has shed more light on the issue of the so called ‘hijacking’ of the corpse.

His statememt reveals that a High Court in Ghana,Tuesday, 25th February, dismissed a fresh application by Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs, seeking to restrain the mortuary and the Ghanaian police from releasing the body of her late husband to the family.

“Accordingly, the mortuary has released the mortal remains to the family led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, as ordered by the High Court on December, 23, 2019 and upheld by the Supreme Court of Ghana on February, 11, 2020.” The statement reads.

For now at least, the mortal remains of High Chief Olu Benson Lulu-Briggs is in the hands of his sons.

What other drama plays out before and during the burial of the respected philanthropist will not be as important as laying to rest a great son of Rivers State and an extraordinary Nigerian.

Again, Seinye Loses Suit To Restrain Dumo From Taking Possession Of The Mortal Remains Of Hight Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs

A High Court in Ghana on Tuesday February, 25, 2020 dismissed the fresh application by Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs, seeking to further restrain the mortuary and the Ghanaian Police from releasing the body of her late husband to the family led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs.

Accordingly, the mortuary has released the mortal remains to the family led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, as ordered by the High Court on December, 23, 2019 and upheld by the Supreme Court of Ghana on February, 11, 2020.

It would be recalled that Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs filed a new application on the same Tuesday 11th February, 2020, that the Supreme Court dismissed her Certiorari application and stay of execution.

With Tuesday’s development and barring any further delay tactics from Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs, the family can begin the funeral plan of their departed patriarch.

Famgbei Reveal How APC Is Drumming For War In Bayelsa Through Planned Protest

A member of the APC in Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa State, Independent Famgbei has raised his disapproval over APC planned protest, aimed at causing instability and unrest in the Bayelsa State.

In a statement he made available to the media on Tuesday in Bayelsa State, Independent Famgbei further said that APC Youths are already sounding drums of war and the good and peace loving people of Bayelsa are becoming apprehensive.

Excerpt is the full text of the statement;

I am told of a planned protest by my party and i must express my disapproval.
Reports reaching me is that the planned protest is actually a plot to cause instability and unrest in the state.

The recent activities of my party supporters in the state reveals that the intentions of these young people is not to have a peaceful protest but an opportunity to revenge, destroy houses and properties belonging to members of the other party in the state, disrupt business activities, loot stores and shops, harass their owners and all those going about their lawful businesses, interrupt school activities and shot down every means of transportation in and out of the state.

They have purposed to go to any length to distort the peace Bayelsans have enjoyed since the inauguration of Senator Douye Diri and his deputy.

Though a member of APC Bayelsa, I must state here that supporters of my party have shown times without number that they are violence prone and must therefore be stopped.

Bayelsans including my humble self have long accepted the outcome of the elections and normalcy has since been restored until the announcement of this planed protest.

These youths are already sounding drums of war and the good and peace loving people of Bayelsa are becoming apprehensive.

I therefore use this opportunity to call on the security agents to look deeper as their custom is to see the true intent of the APC Bayelsa supporters and avert the impending episode of violence.

This is also a call on the APC leadership both at the national and state level to behave responsibly and call their supporters to order.

Bayelsa is peaceful and the people prefer it so. I expect that my party leaders should follow the peaceful path and seek redress at the appropriate quarters and not the way of violence.

I remain Independent Famgbei, APC member, Southern Ijaw LGA.

Pantami Inaugurate The National Digital Economy Policy & Strategy Experts’ Review Committee

The Honourable Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami has inaugurated the National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy Experts’ Review Committee.

While inaugurating the Review Committee on Monday, 24th February 2020 at Bolton White Hotel, Abuja, Pantami urged the Committee to come up with a Roadmap based on the document and identify the desired outcome and include milestones needed to reach it.

The Terms of Reference for the Committee are as follows:

i. Review the Draft 2020-2030 NDEPS with special focus on the deliverables listed in the Policy and Strategy sections, as well as the grammatical constructs of the statements;
ii. Develop an effective implementation roadmap;
iii. Create a Responsibility Assignment Matrix; and
iv. Outline a robust monitoring strategy with a clear feedback mechanism.

It will be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari unveiled and launched the National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy for a Digital Nigeria on the 28th of November, 2019.

According to Pantami, the Policy and Strategy are based on the following 8 pillars:

1. Developmental Regulation;
2. Digital Literacy and Skills;
3. Solid Infrastructure;
4. Service Infrastructure;
5. Digital Services Development and Promotion;
6. Soft Infrastructure;
7. Digital Society and Emerging Technologies; and
8. Indigenous Content Development and Adoption.

“The development of the Nigerian Digital Economy will also have a multiplier effect on the level of development of the traditional economy. It will enable Nigeria to get a slice of the Global Digital Economy, which Oxford Economics values at $11.5 trillion dollars or approximately 16% of the Global Economy. This value is expected to grow significantly over the coming years. The World Economic Forum predicts that over 60% of global GDP will be digitized by 2022 and that over the next decade, digital platforms will be used to create close to 70% of new value, Pantami said

The statement read,”This Expert Review Committee has been carefully selected from a pool of tech savvy Nigerians. Your selection is a reflection of the level of confidence that we have in you to carry out this very important national assignment.

“You are expected to come up with a Roadmap based on the document. It should identify the desired outcome and include milestones needed to reach it. We have identified a number of Stakeholders that are critical to the successful implementation of NDEPS and we expect this Committee to propose the assignment of responsibilities to them based on the mandate, expertise and track record.

“We appreciate the fact that no Policy or Strategy document implements itself and we know the level of monitoring and feedback makes all the difference in the potential success of the implementation process.

“To this end, the Committee is expected to come up with novel and feasible approaches to the monitoring and feedback of the different aspects of the NDEPS in ways that are seamless and easy to assess. We are confident in your ability to undertake this task and urge you to give it the level of commitment that it deserves.

Prof. Mohammed Abubakar, Managing Director, Galaxy Backbone (GBB) congratulated Pantami for coming up with such development that would help digital economy in the country and urged the committee not to take their duties lightly.

He also said that six of the pillars had to do with the GBB as it was part of the agency’s mandate to provide Information Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure for the pillars to be achieved and for the actualisation of a digital Nigeria.

Earlier, the Executive Vice Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Pro. Umar Danbatta, wished the committee a good deliberation during their discussions.

The National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy Experts’ Review Committee’s deliberations comes to an end on Tuesday, 25th February 2020.

Digital Economy Is About Digital Skills, Innovation And Entrepreneurship – Pantami

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami has urged girl’s child to focus on digital skills, digital innovation and digital entrepreneurship than certificates.

Pantami disclosed this on Tuesday 18th February, 2020 in Abuja at the National ICT Girls Empowerment Competition: Final Evaluation and Prize Giving Ceremony with the theme: “ICT Innovation for Inclusion in a Digital Economy”

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in 2010 established the International Girls in ICT day, which is celebrated annually to give girls and young women the privilege to learn about the opportunities offered by ICTs, thereby inspiring them to consider careers in the ICT fields and join the tech industry.

The programme is to engage the youth as part of mentorship guide to them and most importantly to change their perception from being potential job seekers, to potential job providers.

Pantami explained that digital economy was not about obtaining certificates but rather about digital skills, innovation and entrepreneurship, which has higher priority in this aspect.

He said that with digital skills, one can come up with an application that would provide jobs for thousands of people in Nigeria, adding that with what can be generated through that, no institution can easily generate that in Nigeria.

“A situation whereby you obtain certificates and have digital skills at the same time should be a priority.

“Certificates are commendable and very important to obtain. It is preferably to have the certificate and get the digital skills at the same time.

“Certificates without skills are really misleading, we have many intellectual giants globally in the digital world, they do not have any strong certificates to present.

“What we are after in the digital circle is to come and demonstrate what you can do. We are after your own output not papers that can be presented.

“We will be able to change the perception so that they will be part of becoming potential job employers instead of employees and I think that is key to our challenges in Nigeria ,” he said.

Earlier, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr M.F. Istifanus, said that the programme was part of the ministry efforts to raise awareness by empowering and to encouraging girls and young women in ICT.

Istifanus, who was represented by the Director of Human Resource Management, El-Baff Mahdi, said that the he looked forward to the outcome of the event in creating awareness and discovery of new ways of using ICT.

In his goodwill message, Prof. Suleiman Bogoro, Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) commended Pantami for the inventions in the ministry.

Bogoro described digital economy as a knowledge economy, which was facilitated by digital technology and innovation.

“For us in the tertiary institutions, we are excited to see what the ministry is doing. A lot of inventions have been brought by the Minister, he deserves our commendation and acknowledgement,” he said.

Six schools both public and private, participated in an ICT presentation and Government Secondary School Jakande, Lagos State emerged the overall winner of the competition.

Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy has been celebrating Girls in ICT Day as an annual event since 2015.

Seinye Lulu-Briggs; The Antagonist That Doesn’t Want High Chief O. B Lulu Briggs To Rest In Peace

Contrary to the claims of Dr. Mrs. Seinye Lulu-Briggs, the embattled wife of Rivers state born Billionaire High Chief O B Lulu-Briggs who passed on in December of 2018, a day after his 88th birthday, documents made available to press from the High Court of Ghana proves that Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, the second oldest son of the late billionaire met the pre-conditions of the court without delay in anticipation that his step mother who launched all manner of attacks on his person and the entire family, will live up to her own end of the bargain and allow the family access to the mortal remains of the late Chief for onward burial at a tentative date as announced by the family.

Recall that in December of 2019 after a year long legal tussle over the mortal remains of the late High Chief O B Lulu-Briggs, the High court of Ghana had ordered thus;

1: That Seinye Lulu-Briggs release the mortal remains to the family through the second oldest son Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs and family

2: That Seinye Lulu-Briggs, the applicant also appoints two representatives to represent her at the burial plans meetings while she performs her duties according to the custom of Kalabari people as a widow .

Seinye Lulu-Briggs who had prayed the court that she will be needing an assurance from the family that she will not be put through any form of crude burial practice and to that effect would need the court to order her step son Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs to sign an undertaking to that effect.

The court went ahead and ordered that ;

3: Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs sign and deposit an undertaking with the High Court and the Ghana Police Service that Dr Mrs Seinye Lulu-Briggs will not be made to pass through any crude customs.

A demand which documents obtained from the court shows that the undertaking was deposited with the court and the police service on the 24th of December 2019 , duly signed by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs.

Seinye Lulu Briggs on the other hand had taken to newspapers and airwaves claiming through her spokesman that Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs had not met the pre-conditions of the High Court.

Subsequently, Seinye had gone ahead as events revealed, whilst playing the victim whereas she was the antagonist, approached an appeal court to quash the ruling of the High Court of Ghana. Another case which she lost and she went on ahead to approach the Supreme Court of Ghana. At the Supreme Court, the justices of the Supreme Court of Ghana dismissed all cases regarding the Lulu-Briggs family and ordered that the orders of the High Court of Ghana be adhered to.

The Supreme Court also ordered that Seinye Lulu-Briggs also deposit the autopsy report which she claimed she had done to coroners court and let an inquest into the cause of death be established as ruled by high court.

A decision which did not sit well with Seinye Lulu-Briggs who earlier in the week had held a meeting with the Inspector General of the Nigeria Police Force where she signed an undertaking that she would withdraw all cases against Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs and the entire Oruwari Briggs family and return to status quo as ordered by the High Court of Ghana.

Seinye, is reported to have been out of public view as she is holed up in her Ghana mansion where she uses as her residential address currently in all her suits in various courts.

Investigations also reveals that Seinye has other cases with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC and also other issues of forgery of documents and forceful sales of properties not belonging to her.

Seinye who also doubles as an evangelist has been caught many times in various lies and campaigns of calumny against the family of her late husband and even the Executive Governor of Rivers state HE Nyesom Wike.

Seinye is currently before another court which is in total violation of her undertaking which she signed and deposited with the office of the Inspector General of the Nigeria Police Force in Ghana where she seeks to quash the coroners court inquest into the possible cause of death of her late husband.

This has thrown the entire family into a confused state as they do not know if they will be able to get custody of the mortal remains of their father, grandfather and chief for burial.

Speaking to newsmen in his port harcourt residence on Monday, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs informed reporters that he has been morally harassed by Seinye’s spokesman both on radio and physically in the office of the IG of Nigeria Police Force but he is unperturbed as the only important thing to him and his brothers and family is to get custody of the mortal remains of their late father and proved to give him a befitting burial.

Asked if he has any plans to deny his step mother her rightful place as widow of the late High Chief , Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs reiterated that she will forever remain the wife of his late father and will always have her place in the family and her roles as widow will not be usurped by anyone regardless of how she has treated the name and memory of their father.
